Website design encompasses the visual and functional aspects of creating a website. In HTML, the design process involves structuring the content using HTML tags and then styling it using CSS. Alternatively, in WordPress, a content management system, website design involves using themes and plugins to customize the appearance and functionality of the site. Both methods require an understanding of user experience, visual design, and coding to create an engaging and user-friendly website.
Graphic design for packaging and print involves creating visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers. This includes designing product packaging, marketing materials, and printed collateral such as brochures, posters, and business cards. Graphic designers utilize typography, imagery, and color theory to create compelling designs that effectively convey a brand's message and appeal to its target audience. Digital illustration involves creating visual artwork using digital tools such as Adobe Softwares such Illustrator CC, and graphic tablets. I use these tools to produce various forms of illustrations, including instructional manual product line designs, concept art, editorial illustrations, and digital paintings. Digital illustration allows for a wide range of styles and techniques, which offers me the flexibility to create imaginative and expressive visuals for diverse purposes.
Image manipulation refers to the process of altering or enhancing digital images using software such as Adobe Photoshop. I retouch photographs, compositing multiple images, adjusting colors and tones, and applying various effects to achieve desired visual outcomes. I also use image manipulation in photography, advertising, and digital art to enhance or transform images for creative or practical purposes.
