My First Visit
How do I enter the Gym?
Upon joining you are issued with a Mzansi Gym branded access card which must be presented to representatives on entry. Before you can enter your temperature is taken and recorded in accordance with Covid rules and regulations.
What if I need help while I'm in the Gym?
Our dedicated staff is always available should you need help at any point during your sessions.
I scanned my card but the turnstile won’t open. What should I do?
In the event, this happens our staff will manually open for you.
I’m disabled; will I have problems getting into The Gym?
Our facilities cater for the disabled too, whether you are wheelchair-bound or you use crutches.
Membership
How old do I need to be to join the Gym?
As your as 8 years old is acceptable although we require and stress that children be supervised by an adult while using the facilities.
Can I trial the Gym before joining?
You may try our facilities for a certain period at our representative’s discretion. This can be communicated to you in person.
Can I freeze my membership?
If there are compelling issues which warrant this it can be discussed with management to decide
Can I get a student discount?
Please visit in-person to discuss this.
Facilities & Equipment
Will I be shown how to use the equipment?
Most definitely you will be shown how to make use of the equipment.
Are there lockers?
Lockers are available but we ask that you bring your padlock to secure your belongings as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to personal property
Does the facility include sauna, steam, spa and pool?
Given the size of our facilities, we currently do not have these in place .
Do you provide parking at The Gym?
There is plenty of parking and security too.
Security
Is there CCTV at the Gym?
We have security surveillance in the gym but not in the changing rooms for privacy to our members.
Is the the gym website secure?
The website is SSL secure in terms of website laws and regulations
