Nutrition Counselling

This where one of our fitness counselors works with an individual to assess his or her usual dietary intake and identify areas where change is needed. The nutrition counselor provides information, educational materials, support, and follow-up to help the individual make and maintain the needed dietary changes.

Our fresh fruit smoothies are the perfect healthy option for your next event. Made with 100% fruit juice, fresh fruit pieces, and low-fat yogurt, they are ideal for any wellness day, expo stands, or just to add a fresh kick to your event.

Massage Therapy

At our gym, we also believe that our clientele deserves to be pampered after a long day’s work. Taking care of yourself isn’t always about exercising. There are many health benefits to having a massage. We now how important this can be for recovery and revitalisation.Once we are back up and running we will be in touch with you.

At our gyms, we understand how difficult it is to maintain a good exercise regime when you are a parent and because of this we offer our clients access to a child care facility free of charge. In the meantime we kindly ask to try and keep a close eye on the little ones while you enjoy your workout

Sauna

A sauna is a room in which people aim to relax in dry heat.
It may provide benefits for cardiovascular health that resemble those derived from exercise. Drinking alcohol before or during a sauna can be dangerous.
Anyone who has a cardiovascular problem or who is pregnant should seek medical advice before using a sauna.
